Job Description

• Develop products strategies that align with overall business objectives and market trends.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital initiatives.
• Manage the brand budget and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and patient advocacy groups.
• Monitor and optimise marketing campaign performance, staying updated on industry trends and scientific advancements in biologic products.

The Successful Applicant

• At least 4 - 5 years of experience in product management within the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in biologics products.
• Demonstrated success in developing and launching effective marketing campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of marketing principles, research methods, and data analysis techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical marketing, with a preference for a degree in Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field.
