Product Manager

Partner with the ExDO product team to coordinate and lead the delivery of prioritized work, including design, build, and testing of new product capabilities.

Drive digital innovation by leading teams with an agile, product, and modern engineering mindset from ideation to market.

Establish a holistic product framework, including routines, communication, and training, to align with Enterprise Change Management agile methodology and ceremony requirements.

Foster an environment of experimentation and continuous learning by openly communicating capacity, impediments, progress on commitments, and new learnings.

Support effective troubleshooting for technical and data issues, ensuring swift escalation and resolution.

Keep teams informed on changing policies and standards, ensuring compliance and risk awareness.

Identify and provide insights on external impacts to product teams, with a focus on continuous improvement.
