Therefore, defining the release process and coordinating all of the activities required to bring the highly needed products to the fore is an essential part of the process. Our product manager will be part of our dynamic and fast-paced environment while working with cross-functional teams to design, build, and roll out products that deliver the company's vision and strategy. What You Will Do

1. Gain a deep understanding of customer experience while identifying and filling product gaps.
2. Generate new ideas that can elevate growth and customer experience to the next level.
3. Convert product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
4. Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
5. Work closely with engineering teams to deliver products in high demand with a good market fit.
6. Drive product launches by collaborating with the Marketing team, executives, and other Product Management team members.
7. Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding.
8. Represent the company to solicit feedback regarding the product.

What You Will Bring to the Role

1. Ability to develop product management strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
2. Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
3. Strong analytical mind and problem-solving skills with effective communication abilities.
4. Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
5. Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken).
