Product Management

What you’ll do as a Product Manager:

• Develop product strategy and roadmap from planning to launch
• Analyze market trends and identify product opportunities
• Collaborate with Product Specialists and cross-functional teams
• Create business cases and evaluate product performance
• Act as a bridge between market needs and technical teams
• Build CRM strategies and coach the Product Specialist team

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum D3 (Associate Degree) in Engineering, Management, Marketing, or a related field
• At least 1-3 years of experience in Product Management or a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or digital printing industry
• Proven experience leading product development projects from concept to launch
• Strong understanding of market research, product lifecycle, and go-to-market strategies
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Great communication, collaboration, and project management skills
• Proficient in tools such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
