Job Description

• Product Innovation & Development: Lead the end-to-end development of new beauty products, from concept to commercialization.
• Market & Trend Research: Analyze global beauty trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for product innovation.
• Formulation & Quality Assurance: Work closely with R&D and external vendors to develop high-performing formulations that meet brand and regulatory standards.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with global marketing, supply chain, and regulatory teams to ensure smooth product launches.
• Supplier & Manufacturing Coordination: Manage relationships with raw material suppliers and contract manufacturers to optimize product quality and cost efficiency.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all products meet international safety, sustainability, and regulatory requirements.
• Testing & Validation: Oversee product testing, including stability, efficacy, and consumer trials, ensuring product claims are substantiated.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Science, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in cosmetic product development, R&D, or formulation within a multinational company.
• Strong knowledge of cosmetic ingredients, formulations, and industry regulations.
• Experience working with third-party manufacturers and raw material suppliers.
• Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Passion for beauty trends, innovation, and consumer-driven product development.
