Role Overview:

As the Product Growth Head of IIX Platforms at Impact Investment Exchange (IIX), you will lead a team of engineers, analysts, and UX designers to strategically prioritize initiatives, define measurements, and manage UX/UI and data design of IIX platforms and products using agile methodologies.

IIX currently operates 4 digital platforms:

1. IIX Values - a comprehensive digital impact assessment platform.
2. IIX Impact Partners - the world’s largest crowdfunding platform for impact investing.
3. IIX Impact Institute - a premier training center for sustainability.
4. IIX Intelligence - a global data hub for insights into sustainable MSMEs.

Essential Requirements for the role:

• Understanding of ESG principles and reporting standards.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10 years of multidisciplinary experience in data analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL, Tableau).
• Ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of impact investing or social finance is a plus.

Additional Preferences:

• Experience in building and deploying UI/UX learning models.
• Ability to manage a team and proactively approach project issues.
• Familiarity with data privacy and security regulations.
• Strong PowerPoint presentation skills.
• Interest in emerging trends in data science.
