Product Executive (Market Data Analyst)

About the role

As a Product Executive, you will play a critical role in supporting the logistics product team by performing various administrative tasks. Assisting with template creation, market research, benchmarking, and technical mapping activities such as address tree mapping for API integration. Additionally, help summarize meeting minutes (MOM) into actionable items to ensure efficient project management. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in logistics operations, market research, and product development within the e-commerce sector.

What you'll be doing

• Assist in creating templates for internal reporting, meeting presentations, and project documentation.
• Conduct market research to gather data on competitors, industry trends, and customer behavior in logistics and e-commerce.
• Support benchmarking activities to compare company services against competitors.
• Assess solution team for API integration, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the logistics network.
• Attend and document key meetings, summarizing them into action items and distributing them to relevant stakeholders.

What we're looking for

• Bachelors degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) / business / economics from a reputable institution; advance degree is a plus.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in product manager internship (preferably in logistics/e-commerce industry). Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Analytical mindset with an ability to interpret data and research findings.
• Experience with or knowledge of logistics operations, SQL, e-commerce, and API integration is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
