Product Development Supervisor-Padalarang

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Product Development within the food industry.
• Proficient in ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, and Food Regulations.
• Fluent in English & Mandarin (both spoken and written).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Maximum age of 35 years, in good health, and able to differentiate colors.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and development of new products as well as improvements to existing products.
• Develop and conduct product trials.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth product development.
• Establish collaboration with institutions, suppliers, and relevant parties.
• Perform internal audits and ensure quality standards are met.
• Develop the team through training and coaching.
