Qualifications:

1. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in product development, preferably in an online or e-commerce environment.
2. Online Data Analysis: Strong ability to analyze online data and translate it into actionable product insights.
3. Brand Communication: Experience in collaborating with online brands and maintaining effective communication throughout the product development process.
4. Market Research: Conduct research on competitors and market trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
5. Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with product management tools, data analysis software, and e-commerce platforms.
6. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality products.
7. Problem-Solving: Ability to think creatively and solve problems quickly, with a solutions-oriented approach.

10. Product Trend Analysis: Have a strong focus on product trend analysis, data-based decision making, product categorization & SEO, merchant partnership development.
11. E-commerce Familiarity: Familiar with e-commerce trend tracking methods, marketplace dashboards (e.g., Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada seller centers), Google Trends, Keyword Planner, social platforms (TikTok, Xiaohongshu, Instagram), product research tools (e.g., Helium10, JungleScout, DataSpark), understands main category structure, uses tools like data platforms (e.g., SimilarWeb, DataSpark, Shopee Ads/Analytics).
12. Merchant Communication: Experience communicating with merchants, brands, or suppliers. Understands merchant motivations (e.g., exposure, sales volume, platform perks). Has set up merchant profiles or databases to support future collaboration.
