Job description

Job Descriptions:

  • Develop and implement brand marketing strategies to enhance brand equity and market share.
  • Lead 360-degree marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment across all channels (digital, ATL, BTL, trade marketing).
  • Monitor brand performance and adjust strategies based on market data and consumer insights.
  • Work closely with R&D, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure product-market fit.
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and ROI-driven spending.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize spending based on key performance indicators.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive activities to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Conduct post-campaign analysis and refine future strategies based on learnings.
  • Manage relationships with creative agencies, media partners, and external vendors.
  • Train and guide junior team members on brand strategy best practices.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in brand management/product marketing; experience in an FMCG environment is a must.
  • Experience in leading a team.
  • Proven expertise in brand marketing strategy, consumer insights, and campaign execution.
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, P&L management, and financial forecasting.
  • Experience in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, ATL, BTL, trade).
  • Proficiency in market research tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and strategic mindset.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with agencies, cross-functional teams, and senior leadership.
