Product Architect/ Manager

As Product Architect, you will be responsible for designing and architecting our SaaS offering. AiChat is an Automated chatbot SaaS platform that focuses on the entire customer journey from marketing to post-sales re-engagement. You will bring in your multi-disciplinary skills of both forward-thinking and technical know-how to creatively devise functional solutions at scale, collaborating closely with the Product Team and Development team to turn product ideas into designs. Your satisfaction is when your single robust solution gets complimented by users from different backgrounds and needs. This role reports to the Chief of Product.

Responsibilities:

1. Seek out and comprehend business context and market problems and identify how they impact features.
2. Perform product discovery through research, customer voice, prototyping, storytelling, and solve for customer value, managing technical and business risk.
3. Create product concepts and architecture while evaluating and foreseeing the applicability of features across diverse usage.
4. Design user flows, diagrams, and high-fidelity wireframes that articulate the concepts in detail, while adapting to the different technical challenges along the product development life cycle.
5. Develop user stories and work as a team with engineering and QA to deliver the features in a timely manner.
6. Learn or keep up to date with technologies that ensure the solution under your care is relevant.

Requirements:

1. 5+ years of experience related to business or system analysis for a tech software company, or 3+ years of related experience as a Product Owner. Bonus for experience in Software-as-Service (SaaS) products. Must be willing to learn wireframing if no prior experience.
2. Hands-on experience architecting and building platforms or integrating operational and data systems and working with cross-functional teams.
3. Experience in using UML or flow diagrams to communicate complex flows and system behaviors.
4. Excellent analytical skills and creative problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels, including C-level executives.
6. Strong empathy for users to drive and solve pain points and uncover opportunities.
7. Strong familiarity with web technologies, UI, and UX.
8. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or relevant work experience.
