Job Description

1. Implement various effective procurement processes to reduce expenses and build long-term profitability for the company.
2. Define sourcing strategy to achieve cost savings that is in alignment with the company's objectives.
3. Lead and mentor a team of procurement, buyer, expeditor, and logistics professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental targets.
4. Maintain and grow partnerships with internal and external teams across functions frequently.
5. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to identify procurement needs and specifications for various projects.
6. Develop and maintain procurement policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirement

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement & supply chain, with experience in the EPC industry.
3. Have exposure to contracts benchmarking.
4. Project management experience to drive improvement initiatives.
5. Well-developed influencing skills and able to engage stakeholders at all levels.
