Procurement Supervisor - Civil Engineer

Responsibilities

1. Review tender documents such as specifications, drawings, and BoQ to understand the scope of work.
2. Make an analysis of the unit price.
3. Review the volume data and make a review/analysis.
4. Participate in pre-tender meetings, tender reviews, aanwijzing, clarification meetings, and negotiations.
5. Clarify the contents of quotations to subcontractors and suppliers to ensure that they comply with tender requirements.
6. Create a table/list of material specifications.
7. Create RAB.

Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering Major.
2. At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Knowledge of AutoCAD or any other civil programming.
4. Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
5. Good communication skills, keen attention to detail, and a fast learner.
6. Willing to be placed in Pulogadung, Jakarta Timur.
