Procurement Supervisor

Qualifications

1. Minimum bachelor's degree
2. Experience in procurement at least 3 years
3. Understand logistics records (to analyse the need for goods)
4. Familiar and experienced in using Accurate system
5. Preferably able to communicate in English well (both via email, message, and verbal)
6. Understand export and import of goods

Job Descriptions

1. Process all purchase requests received
2. Check the stock of logistics data regularly, so that there are no items that are out of stock
3. Perform analyses related to fluctuations in the purchase of goods in order to plan the supply of goods
4. Search for vendors, analyse offers and negotiate prices for all goods to be purchased (looking for price comparisons of at least 3 vendors)
5. Control the quality and quantity of goods so that they are in accordance with what is requested by the user
6. Handle and coordinate shipments of goods from abroad (starting from ordering until the goods arrive is the responsibility of procurement)
7. Coordinate with the legal team related to the contract if there are goods/services to be purchased
8. Make job costing for goods that must be manufactured in the Accurate system
9. Understand the quality standards of the goods required
10. Ensure all purchases of goods have gone through the correct procedures
11. Understand purchasing administration (for backup if needed)
