Procurement Staff

Responsibilities

PT. United Family is a confectionery company committed to continuously serving the best products and services to our customers. We are looking for talented and passionate members to become part of Unifam as Procurement Staff.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct a search for goods and services with the most competitive pricing, while ensuring the best service and quality.
2. Create purchase orders and monitor delivery times to ensure compliance with service level agreements.
3. Review and evaluate purchasing processes and vendor performance to improve operational effectiveness and efficiency.
4. Ensure compliance with administrative requirements in procurement operations.
5. Ensure that purchasing records are properly maintained.
6. Work cooperatively within a team and with other divisions to provide quality support services.

Requirements

1. Minimum Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Marketing Communication, or a related field.
2. At least 1 year of experience in a similar position; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
3. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
4. Expertise in project management and problem-solving.
5. Intermediate proficiency in both oral and written English.
6. Willing to be placed in West Jakarta.
