We are looking for a Procurement Manager to optimize our global supply chain and expand our international vendor network.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain (preferably in manufacturing or metal casting)
• Strong negotiation & vendor management skills
• Experience in international procurement and vendor sourcing
• Knowledge of TKDN regulations and import/export processes
• Excellent communication in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Ability to travel internationally for vendor development

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement an effective procurement strategy
• Source and negotiate with global & local suppliers to ensure cost efficiency
• Ensure raw materials and components meet quality, certification, and TKDN standards
• Build strong relationships with international vendors & suppliers
• Optimize procurement costs without compromising quality
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality assurance teams
