Job Description:

• Perform the process of contracting and/or purchasing goods and/or services required by the company, in order to optimize the cost-benefit ratio, according to the guidelines defined by the company and the required technical conditions.
• Analyze procurement data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for improvement. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management.
• Utilize SAP MM for procurement processes, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipt, and invoice verification. Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the system.
• Monitor and control procurement costs to ensure alignment with budgetary constraints. Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements in all procurement activities.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and logistics, to ensure seamless procurement processes and timely delivery of materials.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, supplier capabilities, and pricing dynamics. Provide insights to support strategic procurement decisions.
• Support Audit Activities. In coordination with other functions, ensure the submitted document in system is complete, audit trail and meet with Internal & Government Policy & Procedures.
• Adopt standard safe work practices and procedures in accordance with the Safety.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in the Upstream Oil and Gas industry (PSC Company).
• Must have experience in handling Procurement process for Drilling Projects and 2 Stages Tender (Tender 2 tahap).
• Proficiency in SAP MM (Materials Management) module.
• Excellent Communication and Presentation skills.
• Certified in PTK007.
• English B2 (Upper Intermediate) Level.
