PRO Staff - Hospital

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide explanation and education on hospital products and services
• Receive and serve during the registration process until the doctor's consultation schedule is set.
• Serve patients related to the information needed
• Provide solutions to patient needs
• Provide reminders regarding the doctor's appointment schedule
• Carry out administration and reporting of patient transactions

Requirements:

• Minimum education Diploma/Bachelor's degree in all majors
• Having a medical and pharmaceutical background will be prioritized
• Able and active in communicating in English
• Patient service oriented
• Have good communication skills
