• Ensuring that academic policies and curriculum are followed
• Developing and tracking benchmarks for measuring institutional success
• Helping teachers maximize their teaching potential
• Meeting and listening to concerns of students on a regular basis
• Encouraging, guiding and assisting student leaders and teachers
• Meeting with parents and administrators on a regular basis

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Education (Overseas graduates are welcome to apply)
• Maximum age of 40 years old
• Minimum 3 years experience as Principal / Vice Principal
• Understanding of Christlike Education Philosophy
• Strong leadership with good communication skills
• Fluent (speaking & writing) in English with IELTS Minimum 6.0
• Work Location: Palembang
