Primary Islamic Religion Teacher (Tangerang Selatan)

Mutiara Harapan Islamic School is looking for a passionate and committed PAIBP (Islamic Religious Education) Teacher to guide and inspire our primary-level students. This role offers the opportunity to build a strong foundation in Islamic values within a dynamic, multicultural environment. Requirements:

• Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Religion (S.Pd.I or a related field)
• Experience: 1 year or more in a private or international school is preferred
• Skills:
• Fluency in English (IELTS or TOEFL certification is an advantage)
• Strong classroom management and administration skills
• 21st-century teaching skills
• Age Range: 25-35
• Gender: Male or Female

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach PAIBP: Deliver engaging and effective lessons in Islamic Religious Education, fostering students’ understanding and connection to their faith.
• Create an Islamic Environment: Lead Islamic activities, contributing to a values-centered atmosphere at school.
• Innovative Lesson Planning: Develop lesson plans and teaching materials, especially digital, based on the given scheme of work and syllabus.
• Student Support: Provide extra classes for students before exams or as needed, helping them reach their fullest potential.
• Collaborate and Lead: Be ready to take on roles such as Homeroom Teacher or lead school events, contributing to a supportive community.
• BTQ Lessons: Conduct lessons on Qur'an reading and recitation, building foundational skills in Islamic literacy.
• Prepare Students for Competitions: Guide students as they represent the school in various competitions, boosting their confidence and academic skills.
