We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Pre-Sales Engineer specializing in Network and Cybersecurity to join our team. As a technical advisor, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our technical solutions and customer needs. Your ability to communicate complex concepts, build trusted relationships, and deliver tailored solutions will drive the success of our sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Expertise:

• Provide pre-sales technical support for our Network and Cybersecurity solutions.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer requirements and align them with our product offerings.

• Design and propose tailored solutions, including high-level architecture, to meet customer business needs.
• Prepare technical proposals, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase our solutions.
• Work closely with the Sales, Product, and Technical teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, offering guidance on best practices and industry trends.
• Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and Proof-of-Concept (PoC) sessions to illustrate the value of our solutions.
• Address technical queries and challenges raised by customers during the sales cycle.

• Able to design, implement, and maintain LAN, WAN, and wireless networks.
• Able to configure and manage firewalls, routers, switches, and other network devices.
• Able to monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.

• Able to conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
• Able to implement and maintain intrusion detection and prevention systems (IDS/IPS).
• Able to monitor and respond to security incidents and alerts in real-time.

Job Requirements:

1. Education and Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, CISSP, CEH, CompTIA Security+, CISM) are a plus.

• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Proficient in spoken and written Mandarin is a plus.

• Less than 27 Years Old.

• Proficiency in network protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, etc.).
• Experience with network devices (firewalls, routers, switches) from vendors like Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, etc.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, MITRE ATT&CK).
• Hands-on experience with SIEM tools, endpoint security solutions, and threat intelligence platforms.
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their security practices.
• Advanced knowledge of Linux/Windows system administration and scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell).

• Minimum 1 year of experience in network engineering or cybersecurity roles.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Demonstrated experience with penetration testing and vulnerability assessment tools (Nmap, Metasploit, Nessus).
• Proven track record in securing enterprise-level networks and responding to cyber incidents.
• Experience with Zero Trust Architecture and Software-Defined Networking (SDN).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• A proactive mindset to stay updated with the latest security trends and threats.
