Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Presales Engineer located in Surabaya. The Presales Engineer will be responsible for providing sales and technical support, integration expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct Dewaweb product presentations and live demonstrations to showcase solution capabilities.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their technical requirements and business objectives.
• Design and propose Dewaweb solutions that align with client needs.
• Provide training sessions on products and solutions to internal teams and clients.
• Prepare regular reports for management on presales activities and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information System/Computer Science/Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in a Presales, Sales Engineer, or IT consulting role.
• Experience in cloud services/web hosting/cybersecurity/networking is a big plus.
