Pre-School Teacher

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct lessons and activities for the 1-year-old class
• Provide small group activities and one-on-one instruction tailored to each child’s needs
• Observe and assess students' progress, offering personalized support and feedback
• Work closely with parents to foster strong home-school collaboration and holistic child development
• Maintain accurate records and documentation on student growth and progress
• Actively participate in staff meetings, professional development, and extracurricular activities to contribute to the school’s growth

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field
• Min. 2 years of experience teaching in a preschool or kindergarten setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple responsibilities
• Creativity and flexibility in developing engaging lesson plans and activities
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with young children
• Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (spoken and written)
