PQC Quality Engineer （PQC质量工程师）

Job Responsibilities

1. Preparation of Quality Control Plan: Participate in the discussion and preparation of product quality control plans and schemes.
2. Process Quality Monitoring and Improvement: Carry out process quality spot checks, monitor abnormalities at the production site, and provide feedback and track the improvement progress.
3. Operation of Control Mechanism and Confirmation of Effectiveness: Lead the establishment and operation of the process quality control mechanism, and confirm the improvement effectiveness.
4. Risk Management and Utilization of Team Resources: Identify risks in process control and utilize the resources of cross-functional teams to enhance the control capabilities.
5. Promotion of Continuous Improvement Activities: Drive continuous improvement activities, create an improvement atmosphere, and provide resource support and incentives.
6. Other tasks: Assigned by the leadership.

Candidate Preferences

1. Candidates who can use Chinese as a working language will be given priority.
2. Those majoring in science and engineering-related fields will be preferred.
3. Priority will be given to those with experience in technical, R&D, and quality management positions in large enterprises, particularly in photovoltaic, semiconductor, and consumer electronics manufacturing.
4. Experience with well-known domestic and foreign enterprises such as Huawei, Haier, and Fotile will be especially favored.

Minimum Requirements

1. More than 3 years of relevant working experience as a QE (Quality Engineer); those with quality management experience will be preferred.
2. Participation in the formulation of product quality control plans or schemes for more than 2 times.
3. Experience in identifying process control risks and implementing risk control measures for more than 2 times.
