PPIC/PMC Assistant Supervisor

Minimum Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, business administration, or a related field
2. Minimum 2 years experience in related position in Manufacturing factory
3. Proficiency in ERP systems
4. Proficiency in inventory control techniques and systems
5. Understanding of budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis related to production and inventory
6. Proficiency in English. Able to Speak Mandarin is value added.

Job Description:

1. Assist in developing and implementing production plans and schedules to meet demand forecasts and production targets.
2. Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and manage inventory replenishment to ensure optimal stock levels.
3. Generate and present reports on production status, inventory levels, and key performance indicators to senior management.
4. Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure smooth production processes and timely delivery of materials.
5. Identify and resolve production and inventory-related issues to minimize disruptions and maintain efficiency.
