Based in our Jakarta office, we are looking for a suitable candidate for:

PORTFOLIO SOLUTIONS MANAGER – CROP PROTECTION

You will play a pivotal role in shaping our product portfolio strategy, ensuring alignment with local customer needs, APAC regional priorities, and global crop strategies. This is an opportunity to lead innovative projects that bring long-term value to growers and contribute to Nufarm's success.

How You’ll Help Us Grow / Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Portfolio Leadership – Design and execute portfolio solutions that align with local, regional, and global crop strategies.
• Innovation & Growth – Develop and deliver innovative concepts and projects that drive competitive advantage, ensuring a strong product pipeline for the next decade.
• New Product Development – Lead the execution of new product development projects, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery.
• Product Launches – Work closely with Customer Marketing to execute effective product launches and conduct post-launch reviews for continuous improvement.
• Lifecycle Management – Own the product portfolio, managing introductions, label extensions, and exits in collaboration with commercial and marketing teams.

Could This Be You?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Agricultural Science or a related field
• Extensive leadership experience in Crop Protection industry
• Strong understanding of local and regional agricultural practices to drive commercial and product decisions.
• Excellent strategic marketing skills, balancing short and long term plans.
• Ability to oversee product development and provide hands-on guidance when needed.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills to influence internal and external partners.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making.
• Strong agribusiness portfolio knowledge and project management skills.
