Plantation Foreman (Kabupaten Bandung Barat)

Job Descriptions

1. Managing team members in achieving daily targets including: planting, fertilizing, watering, and harvesting several plants such as rubber plants, melons, and bananas.
2. Solving problems effectively and efficiently.
3. Giving feedback, coaching, and counseling to team members on daily performance, company regulations, and work safety.
4. Making improvements to optimize daily operations.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Agrotechnology with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
2. At least 1 year of working experience as a foreman in plantation industries (Rubber & fruits) with a good record in planting, fertilizing, watering, and harvesting.
3. Expert in handling pests, molds, and other plant diseases.
4. Able to work efficiently under pressure.
5. Willing to be located in Kabupaten Bandung Barat.
