Job Description

• Manage the daily operation for production to optimize product quality and ensure that the targets are met.
• Ensure that standards and regulations are followed.
• Manage and ensure the effective use of resources.
• Implement improvements for productivity and efficiency.
• Ensure that a comprehensive preventive maintenance program is implemented and carried out.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Conversational English proficiency (able to communicate for reports and understand written/oral commands).
• Minimum 3 years at the manager level, with 8 years of experience in the manufacturing industry handling sulphonation processes and production of fatty acid methyl ester sulfonates, sodium lauryl sulfate, and sodium laureth sulfate.
• Good leadership skills, good interpersonal skills, and smart.
