Job Description

The Successful Applicant

1. A degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field
2. Extensive experience in a managerial role within a manufacturing environment
3. Strong leadership and team management skills
4. Excellent problem-solving abilities
5. A sound knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment
6. The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
