Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the blown film or packaging industry
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes and technologies
• Analytical mindset with a focus on process optimization and continuous improvement
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize production processes
• Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to meet targets and quality standards
• Drive innovation in blown film technology, processes, and product development
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational excellence
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality regulations, and industry standards
