Planning Executive (contract 6 months) - Your future position?
As a Planning Executive with Givaudan, the global leader in fragrance and flavor industry, you will execute day-to-day planning activities to ensure sufficient raw material, trading item, and production scheduling for in-house production as well as customer orders at the right inventory level, quality, time, and cost.

In this exciting role you also will:

• Manage planning system and its requirements properly.
• Manage Planning KPI’s in order to meet the Planning Objectives.
• Communicate planning information to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Seek planning optimization and improvement to support planning activities.
• Own MRP management – parameters to drive accurate planning proposals by MRP.
• Manage raw material inventory and ensure that MRP messages are executed in a timely manner to ensure optimum levels to meet both CDI and service level targets.
• Communicate with vendors on Purchase Order requirements, monitor and ensure timely delivery.
• Communicate raw material shortages to internal teams and drive actions to mitigate the risks and ensure appropriate feedback loop to customers.

Your professional profile includes:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related discipline.
• 2 years of working experience in a manufacturing company; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge in planning processes & systems, basic supply chain management, and process knowledge.
