Planning & Control Manager

Employment Type: will hired under outsourcing.

Responsibilities:

1. Takes charge of the overall plan and control of project implementation, and supervises the project implementation progress and budget conformity.
2. Organizes the formulation and integration of the project plan according to the project objectives, including the project progress, Human Resources, logistics, outsourcing, quality, technical delivery and acceptance.
3. Assists the executive project manager and the financial manager in preparing and evaluating the project baseline budget and the rolling budget.
4. Promotes project plan and application of project tools, analyzes project progress and cost GAP, and provides objective decision data for executive project manager.
