Piping Supervisor

Job Accountabilities

• Monitor piping work on construction site to be safe, meet quality requirements, and on-time
• Inspect material and equipment to adhere to safety and quality requirements.
• Report the work progress to superior regularly
• Review piping work procedure and work method statement
• Participate in job hazard analysis meeting related to piping work
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction, including coordinating with other supervisors, contractors, and superior as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Site Supervision activities of Petrochemical / Chemical / Oil & Gas / Refineries / Fertilizer projects
• Familiar with international codes and standards (especially ASME31.3, ASME, API, PTS, SHELL DEP, etc.)
• Well-versed in fabrication, erection, welding QA/QC, and commissioning of piping for the petrochemical or oil and gas process industry
• Familiar with coordination work with Civil & Structural, Mechanical, Instrumentation, and Electrical interfacing regarding layout and piping design.
• Proficient in using MS Office
• Excellent communication skills in English

Willing to work on a contract basis (1 year), and this position will be placed at the site office project.
