Job Description

Administrative Support

  • Manage the Director's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure the Director's time is optimized.
  • Prepare, proofread, and translate documents, presentations, and correspondence in Korean and English.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including calls, emails, and messages, ensuring timely responses.

Travel and Event Coordination

  • Arrange domestic and international travel plans, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and conferences, both on-site and off-site.
  • Provide on-the-ground support during events or travel when required.

Liaison and Communication

  • Act as a point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate clear communication and information flow between departments or partners in both Korean and English.
  • Attend meetings with or on behalf of the Director, taking minutes and following up on action items.

Confidentiality and Discretion

  • Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Assist with personal tasks as required, maintaining a high level of trust.

Operational and Project Support

  • Assist in managing special projects or initiatives as directed by the Director.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making.
  • Monitor deadlines and follow up to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Requirement

  • Min. Bachelor's Degree in Korean Studies, or Management related field.
  • Min. 2+ Years of experience as Korean Interpreter/Assistant to Director/Managerial Level
