Job description

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma's Degree, Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, any field.
  2. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in similar position.
  3. Experience in business development will be an advantage.
  4. Fluent in English (Speaking, writing, and listening).
  5. Good communication skills.
  6. Able to operate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint).

Job Description:

  1. Assist in providing all supporting documents, information, and other reports.
  2. Responsible for providing administrative and clerical assistance.
  3. Translate legal and non-legal documents.
  4. Answer and appropriately screen telephone calls and incoming emails.
  5. Manage meeting schedules and other related appointments.
  6. Compile a list of names and addresses of related external parties which are useful to the company.
  7. Conduct searches assigned by directors when required.
  8. Maintain a good relationship with external & internal parties.
