Job description
Minimum Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma's Degree, Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, any field.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in similar position.
Experience in business development will be an advantage.
Fluent in English (Speaking, writing, and listening).
Good communication skills.
Able to operate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint).
Job Description:
Assist in providing all supporting documents, information, and other reports.
Responsible for providing administrative and clerical assistance.
Translate legal and non-legal documents.
Answer and appropriately screen telephone calls and incoming emails.
Manage meeting schedules and other related appointments.
Compile a list of names and addresses of related external parties which are useful to the company.
Conduct searches assigned by directors when required.
Maintain a good relationship with external & internal parties.
