We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Personal Assistant to support our Managing Director. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and is looking to contribute to the success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide administrative and personal support to the Managing Director.
2. Manage the Managing Director's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
3. Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and written communications.
4. Assist with project management and follow-up on action items.
5. Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
6. Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
7. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
8. Assist with ad-hoc tasks and special projects.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
2. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
3. Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
4. Have lived in Bali for a minimum of 3 years.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. High level of discretion and professionalism.
8. A positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile.

Must currently be living in Bali for a minimum of 3 years and ready for immediate start - Outside of Bali applications will not be reviewed.
