Job description

Checking all administrative submission processes carried out by each department/division following applicable procedures.

Prepare all needs both related to administrative and operational related to superior activities are available properly.

Collect data, analyze, and provide advice to superiors in considering decision-making.

Monitor and provide advice to superiors related to policies or decisions carried out whether following the plan or target set.

Prepare data and reports required by superiors accurately and on time.

Ensure the flow of information, communication, and good relations between departments/divisions can be established properly.

Ensure and organize the superior agenda to ensure that all tasks and schedules can be fulfilled on time.

Make a minute of meeting recap of every meeting conducted by the superiors.

Ensure and arrange business trips and accommodation for superiors and/or their divisions/departments following applicable regulations.

Job Requirement

Minimum bachelor's degree in any major.

Proven minimum 2 years experience as a personal assistant, preferably supporting C-suite executives.

Must have experience working in a 5-star hotel.

Have knowledge in financial basics.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient in office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office suite or Google Suites).

Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
