Job Responsibilities
Manage the Director’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
Handle email correspondence, draft responses, and follow up on pending matters.
Maintain filing systems and ensure the organization of digital and physical records.
Administrative Support

Communication and Liaison
Act as the first point of contact for the Director, managing inquiries and screening calls.
Liaise with internal teams, clients, vendors, and stakeholders on behalf of the Director.
Facilitate clear and effective communication within the internal departments.
Project Coordination
Monitor project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
Provide logistical support for team meetings, including preparation of agendas and follow-up on action items.
Personal Assistance
Manage personal tasks for the Director, such as appointments and travel arrangements.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Job Requirements
Candidates must possess at least a Degree.
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
Able to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
Able to travel/outstation occasionally.
Basic photography skills are required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
A proactive approach with problem-solving capabilities.
High level of discretion and professionalism.
Applicants must be willing to work in Iskandar Puteri, Johor, Malaysia.
