• Managing the Director’s agenda, such as meetings, appointments, events, etc.
• Making travel arrangements, such as ticket, hotel, ground transportation bookings, visa application, and other necessary reservations.
• Handling official communication between the Director’s family office and other external parties when needed.
• Recruiting and training domestic staff (driver, nanny, housekeeper) and company staff (staff and executives).
• Assisting the Director and writing meeting minutes in meetings.
• Organizing personal and corporate events.
• Attending events on behalf of the Director.
• Sourcing gifts, flower arrangements, and other items.
• Assisting and driving for the Director during travels when required.
• Running other errands when needed.
Requirements:
• Excellent skills in time management, task/project management, taking notes, writing and verbal communication.
• Experienced in handling multiple projects within a short period of time.
• Willing to travel frequently for work and assist the Director during work & personal travels when needed.
• Willing to work overtime.
• A fast learner who has a can-do attitude.
• Can drive a car and possess a valid driving license (SIM A).
• Fluent in English (fluency in other internationally used languages is a plus).
