Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Assistant at The Kecilung Kitchen & Resto located in Surabaya. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, managing diaries, clerical duties, and communicating with stakeholders through multiple channels. The Personal Assistant will work closely with the Senior Management team and help ensure the smooth operation of the business.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
• Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders through multiple channels
• Expertise in Diary Management and the ability to organize busy schedules
• Clerical skills including filing and data entry
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and other office productivity software
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
