Job description

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing efforts and drive quality leads for our services. This role requires a data-savvy leader who can craft, execute, and optimize marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aimed at generating high-quality leads across multiple brands.
  • Design performance marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic advertising.
  • Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure lead quality aligns with business needs.

Content Strategy & Brand Building

  • Oversee content creation, ensuring it aligns with the brand voice and appeals to target audiences.
  • Manage and optimize websites, landing pages, and digital content to improve SEO performance.
  • Drive engagement through creative social media campaigns, video marketing, and influencer partnerships.

Data Analysis & Optimization

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using insights to optimize results.
  • Implement A/B testing and conversion rate optimization strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Track and measure ROI across campaigns and ensure alignment with KPIs.
  • Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists and external agencies.
  • Collaborate with product, operations, and sales teams to ensure unified marketing strategies.

Innovation & Trend Monitoring

  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and implement cutting-edge strategies.
  • Experiment with emerging channels and tools to find innovative ways to reach and convert customers.

Requirements:
Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Experience:

  • At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with 3+ years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record in performance marketing, lead generation, and SEO/SEM.
  • Experience in the wellness or retail industry is preferred.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media platforms.
  • Experience with CRM systems and lead nurturing strategies.

Soft Skills:

  • Strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile work environment.
