JOB PURPOSE

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Performance Marketing Executive to join our dynamic digital advertising company. As a Performance Marketing Executive, you will play a vital role in planning, implementing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels. You will be responsible for driving measurable results, optimizing campaign performance, and maximizing return on investment (ROI) for our clients. Overcoming these challenges requires a strong analytical mindset, adaptability to change, effective time and project management skills, creative problem-solving abilities, and a passion for driving results in the dynamic world of performance marketing.

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Fresh graduate D3/S1 from any major with minimum GPA of 3.3 out of 4.0
  • Experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or a similar role is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels.
  • Basic understanding of performance marketing concepts, strategies, and metrics, such as CTR, conversion rate, ROAS, and ROI.
  • Basic understanding of using digital advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads, and familiarity with analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and insights clearly and concisely.
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Certifications in performance marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads certification) are a plus.

SCOPE OF WORK

  • Campaign Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with the performance marketing team and clients to define campaign objectives, target audience, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Develop comprehensive performance marketing strategies that align with client goals, budget constraints, and industry best practices. Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and develop effective campaign strategies.
  • Campaign Implementation and Optimization: Execute performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels, such as search engine marketing (SEM), social media advertising, display advertising, and email marketing. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and identify optimization opportunities to improve key metrics, such as click-through rates (CTRs), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS). Implement A/B testing and other experimentation methods to optimize campaign elements, including ad creatives, landing pages, targeting, and bidding strategies.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize analytics platforms and marketing automation tools to gather campaign data, generate insights, and prepare performance reports. Analyze campaign metrics and key performance indicators to evaluate campaign success, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Provide regular performance updates and insights to clients, highlighting campaign achievements and opportunities for further optimization.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Collaborate with the design and development teams to optimize landing pages and website user experience to increase conversion rates. Conduct user journey analysis, implement conversion tracking, and leverage user behavior insights to enhance campaign effectiveness and user engagement.
  • Budget Management: Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation across channels, campaigns, and targeting strategies. Monitor campaign spending, track return on investment (ROI), and make recommendations to optimize budget allocation and improve cost efficiency.
  • Industry Trends and Best Practices: Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and best practices in performance marketing. Continuously expand your knowledge of digital advertising platforms, tools, and technologies to drive innovation and deliver competitive campaigns.
