Manages and monitors projects at a program level, ensuring schedules, scope, and costs are delivered on time and within budget.
Has advanced knowledge of program and project management principles, practices, and tools.
Coaches and mentors process improvement staff and conducts process improvement training.
Conducts training and mentors individuals towards becoming Improvement change agents.
Works effectively and collaboratively with project teams, sponsors, department, and process improvement staff to support successful completion of projects.
Identifies and communicates any unresolved problems or possible timeline issues along with recommended actions for correction.
Advocates continuous improvement of products and processes by soliciting new process improvement opportunities.
