Performance Specialist (Digital Marketing) - FMCG Company
Job Description: Responsible for optimizing website performance, improving user experience, driving traffic growth, and creating compelling ad campaigns to support marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and optimize website performance, speed, and user experience across all devices.
Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve website visibility and rankings on search engines.
Create and optimize digital ad campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Marketplace Ads, and OTT) to drive traffic and conversions.
Write and edit engaging web copy, ensuring it aligns with brand messaging and boosts user engagement.
Analyze web traffic, user behavior, and ad campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights, and create actionable insights for optimization.
Perform A/B testing, track KPIs, and suggest improvements for conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams to ensure web strategies and campaigns are aligned with business goals.
Develop and execute landing page optimization strategies to improve conversion rates.
Ensure the website is mobile-optimized, user-friendly, and aligned with brand guidelines.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Communications, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in web optimization, digital marketing, or e-commerce.
Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, digital ads (Google Ads, Facebook Ads), and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
Experience in web copywriting, with a strong ability to craft persuasive and engaging content for websites and landing pages.
Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and website performance analysis.
Proficient in HTML, CSS, and web technologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with data.
Good understanding of UX/UI principles.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
