People Operations (Project-Based)

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated People Operations to support one of our clients in the agricultural sector, based in Kuningan, West Java. This project-based role focuses on providing guidance and managing end-to-end HR operations.

Job Description

• Provide advisory services on HR operations, including administration, payroll, and compliance.
• Manage and maintain the client's employee database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Monitor and manage contract expirations, probation periods, and other employment timelines.
• Develop and implement efficient operational HR processes to enhance compliance and productivity.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to address day-to-day HR operational challenges.
• Ensure adherence to local labor regulations and company policies.
• Compile and analyze HR data to create comprehensive reports for client decision-making

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in the Human Resources department (experience as an HR Business Partner is a plus).
• Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Proven expertise in payroll management, employee administration, and HR operations.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and provide practical solutions to operational HR issues.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
• Preference for candidates residing near Kuningan, West Java, or those willing to temporarily relocate for the duration of the project.
