People Development Officer

About the role

As the People Development Officer at PT Central Mega Kencana, you will play a crucial role in shaping the growth and development of our talented workforce. Reporting to the HR Manager, this full-time position involves designing and delivering engaging training programs that empower our employees to reach their full potential.

What you'll be doing

• Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and training needs across the organization
• Design and develop tailored training programs to address these needs, utilizing a variety of learning methods
• Facilitate engaging in-person and virtual training sessions to build core competencies and soft skills
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives, making adjustments as needed
• Maintain detailed records of all training activities and prepare progress reports for management
• Coordinate with external training providers to deliver specialized programs when required
• Contribute to the ongoing development of our learning and development strategy

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 year's experience, ideally within the HR/L&D function
• Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Experience in needs analysis, course design, and the delivery of impactful training programs
• Working knowledge of adult learning principles and modern training methodologies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with learning management systems
• Passion for talent development and a genuine interest in helping people grow
