Payroll Specialist （Chinese speaker）

Essential Functions:

1. Responsible for employee salary calculation, review and payment, including BPJS labour and health, PPh21, etc.
2. Salary data analysis, salary adjustment, bonus calculation, etc.
3. Benefits management
4. Other tasks assigned by manager

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. Proficient in Chinese, or fluent in English;
3. With more than 1 year of human resources work experience
4. Familiar with local labor laws and regulations in Indonesia;
