Job description
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee all HR administrative processes and ensure regular updates.
Calculate and process employee compensation, including salaries, overtime, commissions, and other payments.
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all documents, including diplomas, NPWP, KK, employee identification cards, etc.
Prepare and compile HR correspondence docs.
Manage and update employment status and contract duration.
Coordinate with branches regarding attendance and related matters.
Handle the registration of insurance participants and manage BPJS Health and BPJS Employment (BPJS TK) registrations.
Understand and apply PPH21 regulations, including the reporting process.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
Over 4-5 years of experience in payroll or a related role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Quick learner with the ability to work independently.
Strong English communication skills are preferred.
