Pattern Specialist Staff

We’re looking for a Pattern Staff to manage the pattern design process. This person will be responsible for creating shell patterns, modifying patterns, and grading full sizes.

Key Functions and Responsibilities:

1. Make design drawings into shell pattern and all parts.
2. Need to be familiar with the procedures (responsible for at least 80 articles per season).
3. Check file and contact the units.
4. Modify the pattern for the problem.
5. Provide files to several departments such as sample room, BSOM, Costing, Planning, and Production computer stitch.
6. Grading full size.

Requirements:

1. At least 2 years working experience with shoe brands is prioritized.
2. Proficient in English is preferred.
3. Proficient in software applications such as Crispin and Jevero, as well as other design applications (Coreldraw, Adobe).
4. High work efficiency, strong sense of responsibility, and careful.
5. Pattern logic (making shell pattern & each part).
6. Understand each process and principle for shoe making.
