Pastry Chef / Baker

Responsibilities

1. Manage baking operations
2. Manage and train baking staff
3. Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of staff, equipment, and kitchen
4. Develop new products
5. Oversee operations in accordance with the restaurant's SOP
6. Handle quality control of products
7. Manage cost control

Requirements

1. Candidate must possess a minimum Diploma Degree (or equivalent) in Food & Beverages, Culinary Arts, Tourism & Travel, or any relevant major
2. At least 3 years of experience in a Baker role, with solid experience in food and beverages (restaurant, hotel, cafe, or equivalent)
3. Good communication skills; ability to speak English is a plus
4. Fast learner and confident
5. Able to work in a team
6. Flexible and willing to travel
